My carpet had developed some ripples over the years. I finally got around to taking care of it by submitting a request via Thumbtack. I had a response within a couple of hours, scheduled within 12 hours and the whole project was done in less than 24 hours. Marvin was very clear about what could be done and possible issues that could come up. He was prompt, polite, did a great job, and probably left my carpet cleaner than it was when he got there thanks to vaccuming. He was was great about dealing with some furniture that couldn't be moved off the carpet. Overall, a really great experience and I would hire again if needed.
