Unfortunately we had a really bad experience with this company. We hired them for a construction clean up back in June. When the cleaners came (15 minutes late) they did a fine job, or so I thought. Turns out they didn't dust one single thing in my home. The owner came to check their work and checked the tops of picture frames and they were all still dirty. She did not fix anything in that moment but when my husband sent her pictures of the tops of our shelves still filthy she called and apologized. After some back and forth she agreed to send us some money back but we still have not received a check. I know she has texted my husband a couple of times with random excuses as to why she didn't not send us a refund, but the whole thing has just been so stressful and disappointing I felt like others needed to know what to expect.

This is Barbara the owner of The Polishing Touch. This is a very unfortunate event. The crew member that did a poor job dusting is no longer with us, but that was not her normal performance. That’s for sure. I did send back a sizable refund and did apologize to the husband over and over again. I do agree you pay good money you want good service.

I've had my home cleaned three times by this company and did a fantastic job every time. She was very respectful, recognizing that I was working from home during this time and was mindful of that. Everything was cleaned thoroughly. She even brought my fur baby treats after her first visit. I will recommend them to others!

Great company- easy to work with and the best cleaning service we have found since living in Stillwater. They are very experienced and the team who comes to our house is fantastic. They always ask questions and want to make sure were happy with the work. Barbara is very flexible with scheduling when weve needed it and always communicates via text, which is extremely helpful for us! Highly recommend them
