- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly pricing structure is designed to be transparent and flexible to meet your individual needs: Hourly Rate: We charge on an hourly basis. The specific rate will depend on the scope and complexity of the coaching required. Discounts: We offer discounts for bulk hour purchases. For instance, if you commit to a larger number of hours up front, you can benefit from a reduced hourly rate. Fees: Generally, the hourly rate covers all standard coaching services. However, if additional services or customized resources are required, those will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. If there are any specific needs or customizations you require, I’m happy to discuss them in detail to ensure you get the most value from our sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer involves several key steps to ensure a personalized and effective coaching experience: Initial Consultation: We begin with an initial consultation to understand the customer's goals, challenges, and expectations. This helps both of us determine if we're a good fit for each other. Assessment and Goal Setting: I conduct a thorough assessment of the customer’s current situation and help them set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. Customized Coaching Plan: Based on the assessment, I create a customized coaching plan tailored to the customer’s individual needs and objectives. Regular Coaching Sessions: We hold regular coaching sessions, either weekly or bi-weekly, to work on strategies, track progress, and adjust the plan as needed. Ongoing Support and Accountability: I provide ongoing support through emails or brief check-ins between sessions to ensure the customer stays on track and maintains accountability. Evaluation and Feedback: Periodically, we evaluate progress against the set goals and provide feedback. Adjustments to the plan are made based on these evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification in coaching from the ICA as a Coach and Facilitator Coach. Additionally, I specialized in relationships, singles looking for relationships, and matchmaking through the RCI. I also hold a specialization in Nonviolent Communication.
