- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing off of the extensively detailed budget & basic formula for a 10% net profit on each task. We will not break down that pricing or work with outside entities for payment. The price is the price. We are very aware of "going rate" & competitor pricing - we price how we need to for intended growth & profit margins. We know our pricing is extremely fair, & that's our goal. If it doesn't fit your budget, that's okay too. We want to make your problem go away but we also can't accept paying you to provide you that service. Remember- you get what you pay for: Good plumbing isn't cheap- and cheap plumbing isn't good.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to give a ballpark to ensure we are making the best use of our time, then we prefer to take a look at the situation, offer several ways of handling each situation with pricing and set expectations on our end and ask theirs. We collect on site, at the time of service. Depending on scope, we may require to be paid before beginning. We prefer to perform work same or next day, and be available for emergencies and other repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive training in both mechanical and plumbing applications. Certified gas fitter, certified mechanical contractor, certified plumbing contractor, certified plumbing master. These took over a decade to achieve- but I am still learning on a daily basis.
