What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our pricing is transparent with mileage, dump fees, and labor built in. We do not inflate our prices so we don’t have to run sales. Our prices are competitive with our workmanship!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respond quickly to the inquiry and then ask if texting or calling is preferred where I can learn about the job for accurate pricing. Then I book ASAP and most times it’s same day removal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a physical therapist assistant as a background so physical labor and doing it properly is a strong backbone to my approach to jobs.
