What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge a lot. (affordable luxury) I am extremely experienced. But I do not think it should cost a small fortune to have your makeup done for one day!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to the client first.. Find out their needs then.... Do a trial run so you know exactly what they want so the are happy on their day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed cosmetologist since 1987 Went the Grabber School of Hair Design. I take classes & do seminars to stay current.
