I was ripped off by this company and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Their charges were unethical and it's so unfair that they rip off a small business of hard earned cash. I got them on Thumbtack and used them to fix my hood which was not sucking enough air. All this man did was replace the ring that costs $50. He charged me $425 and lied that he was going to get the part about 45 minutes away. That van never left the parking lot and in 15 minutes he had fixed it as the air was blowing. He lied yet he had the part with him the whole time. This was the breakdown of my charges: van fee-$125, 2 hours work @ 125 an hour and the part $$75. This man started work at 1.15 pm and was done by 2.15pm yet he charged me for 2 hours work. What a shady company!!! Make sure you ask them about their breakdown in charges before you use them. I wouldn't want this for anyone. It was so painful to be ripped off. I am getting video evidence from my landlord and proceed to get my money back legally.

Renee, I am so sorry you were not pleased with our services. If you would like to give me a call, I would be happy to discuss it further with you. Commercial properties have a service call fee of $125.00, and we bill out at $150.00 per hour on commercial properties. The technician did not have the part in his van, it is a special part, that we don't carry on our vans. I have receipts showing he did in fact leave and purchase the part, came back, and installed it for you. Got your hood back up and running. You were advised of the price before we got started, you agreed to the price, and we repaired your hood for you. Again, we are so sorry you were not pleased, I would be happy to discuss it further with you if you would like.

“This was the best service I have ever experienced. The technicians are very courteous and are experts at what they do. I am still amazed at how quick and smooth the entire operation went. The price they quote you is the price you will pay there are no surprise charges. When you look at the completed work you know you dealt with professionals, from the sales reps to the installers. When they finished the installation everything was clean and in place. You would never know you just had a new air conditioner and furnace installed. You will not find better service. Thank you to all involved.”
