- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive upfront pricing to allow our customers to make a decision that fits their budget without risk of surprise sticker shock later on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When contacted by a new customer, we make every attempt to provide a reasonable and fair estimate based on the information available to us for their projects and needs. When the need arises, we do offer rapid response to emergency calls for service. Once the new customer has been provided an estimate, we work closely to get them scheduled as quick as possible, often within a few days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a combined 25+ years of practical hands on experience from the electricians at Prestige Electric, we have worked in various aspects of electrical wiring, troubleshooting, repair, remodel, and construction phases, whether its a $185-$225 troubleshoot and repair job, or a $15,000 total electrical rewire, there's no job to big or small.
