We recently had Phil Douglass install new guttering on our home that looks amazing! He explained to us what all was currently wrong with our old guttering system & what needed to be installed to make the new gutters flow properly! The time he spent to make sure we understood what material's were being used & the process of install was very professional! The job was completed on schedule & he done a final walk around to show us the well hung guttering! This was by far the best experience & we would recommend Phil Douglass to anyone that wants Quality work at a reasonable Price!

There is nothing worse than getting someone's confirmation on a job, thus declining other vendors, and having that someone never show up and never returning your phone calls. I had a $5,000 sofa delivered today, since it was too big to get it through the door, I looked for a window specialist who could remove my window where the sofa could go through. Phil, of Douglass Exteriors, confirmed the job by email, later on by phone. 2 days prior to this job I called again to give Phil the time when he would need to be at the house to do this job. I left a voice mail, he never replied. I called again a few times, in a bit of a panic, on the day of the job, left messages, he never replied. I got stuck with a $5K couch on my porch, not knowing what to do, risking that it rained or worse. This was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only I would not recommend this company, I don't think they should even be on this web site! By confirming and not showing up they took someone else's job and they put me in a very, very bad position! Shame on you guys for not calling and not showing up.

Our current pricing system is as follows: 1 linear foot of gutter=$3.00 Elbow=1 foot Miter=2 feet End Cap=1 foot Downspout=10 feet Back Splash=2 feet Hidden Hangers=$1.00/each
