What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in Flat Rate Pricing! All Home Inspections are $250. Need a Radon and Termite Inspection as well, just add $100. We will give you a Home + Radon + Termite Inspection for $350!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our inspection process lasts from the time of hire until the home closes. We offer free re-inspections until the home closes. If you request for something to be fixed we will come back and verify that it has been fixed properly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years of experience in the industry. I am certified by the two largest certification organizations in the industry; InterNachi and ASHI.
