• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
  They can Call, Email, Text whatever works best for them. I will ask them a few questions about the job, (trimming, removal, clean up, where are the trees you want worked on located in your yard. Then I get an address, and go by to take a look at no charge. If you are home I can talk to you then or I text you with an estimate. I give you a brief timeline usually within a week and we come out and get the job done. You pay us NO MONEY UPFRONT, you just pay us when we are done.
• How did you get started doing this type of work?
  I grew up cutting trees, on the farm and using wood for heat. About 10 years ago I had been off work for several months and after a terrible snow storm several trees were damaged. I went out to help my neighbors who didn't have a saw or truck. I have been doing this ever since. I have been a union sheet metal work for many years, and construction is up and down, so I had to do something to help provide a more steady income for my family. My brother, a couple friends I have known since grade school, cousin, and when we need help we have a few to help us.
• Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
  Tree was full of bees and we took it down and had a bee keeper come out and collect the bees. The bee keeper said the bees were too low on honey and probably wouldn't have survived the winter if we had not cut down the tree.
