- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are more than fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They can Call, Email, Text whatever works best for them. I will ask them a few questions about the job, (trimming, removal, clean up, where are the trees you want worked on located in your yard. Then I get an address, and go by to take a look at no charge. If you are home I can talk to you then or I text you with an estimate. I give you a brief timeline usually within a week and we come out and get the job done. You pay us NO MONEY UPFRONT, you just pay us when we are done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business Degree, done this our entire lives. Grew up on the farm and we simply treat people like we want to be treated. Honest, hard working, and customer service
