1of1not2, by far has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. They are professional, responsive, timely, and thorough. These two gentlemen handled everything (including disassembly and heavy lifting) with care and efficiency. Clear communication, fair pricing, and zero stress on my end. I couldn’t have asked for better. If you’re looking for top‑tier, premier trash removal/hauling services, look no further. Don’t walk, run and call them immediately. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!

Charlton responded and was available to help with a few minutes of leaving a message with request for his service. He showed up within 40 minutes and to help me pick up an order at Home Depot. He came into the store, packet in his car and brought it right up to the 2nd floor. He even helped me move some extra things up there. I would definitely recommend this service.

Same day appointment was so much appreciated! Came in and went straight to work. Did a very good organizational job storing all my personal items. Communicated greatly throughout the service, start to finish. Grateful!!
