amazing customer service, great staff and very happy with finished product. first application was less than what i had expected, probably due to a misunderstanding on what i wanted. the owner came out and agreed that what i was not too happy about could be done differently. they came out within a week to make the finished project more to my expectations, and upon completion of curing period found that the color was not the same as the original. i sent them photos and they agreed that it was still not right. at this point i was concerned that i was going to have to live with a less-than-expected floor, but they said they would strip the floor completely and reapply the polyaspartic.i've been in construction industry for decades as a union carpenter and union contractor, so i have years of first-hand experience dealing with contractors and their products. hello garage is one of the finest customer service oriented contractors i have experienced. it is so refreshing to have a company back up their product and go to extreme measures to assure customer satisfaction. kudos to hello garage of west county, definitely owners that know how to be in business.

First things first, would I recommend Hello Garage? Heck yeah! I had the pleasure of having Juan and Jarod come to my home to lay my floor. The guys arrived as scheduled ready to get to work. I really like the fact that they introduced themselves and asked if I had any questions or concerns before they got started. I am that chick, I did have a couple of questions and I was able to get the answers needed which made me feel comfortable. They both were knowledgeable and showed a passion for what they do. The end result is phenomenal! I don't think I want anyone to walk on it. I'm going to come back later and edit with pics, ( you will want to see them). I wanted to get my review in ASAP, just incase someone's on the fence about hiring these guys. Trust, you won't be disappointed.

I deeply regret hiring Hello Garage for my epoxy flooring. This has been an incredibly frustrating and costly experience. I expected a professional result but was met with subpar workmanship, damage to my property, and dismissive handling of my concerns.The initial installation was a disaster. The apron was done incorrectly. High points were left in the epoxy around the walls and stairs. Flake and epoxy were sloppily applied, covering the lower two inches of the walls. Some areas have no flake at all, just grey basecoat. Our wooden staircase was damaged by the install team. Various gashes were left in the walls from the equipment used during install. A large patch of our driveway that wasnt supposed to be touched was somehow damaged. Cigarette butts, trash, and flake were left scatteted across my driveway and yard.One of the owners, Nate, told me damage to the walls was to be expected. I was also told the extreme amount of dust and flake left on my and my neighbors properties was normal. I think its important to note they warn of trace amounts of dust, which is very misleading. Damage to walls and stairs is also not warned of. Nate did assure me my other concerns were things they could and would fix. Unfortunately this proved false.A follow-up visit made matters worse. After a month of delays and last-minute cancellations (including a couple no call no shows), the crew returned, only to leave more damage. They cut into the stem wall while attempting to fix the high spots of epoxy. They applied clear epoxy to my driveway to fix the damage but left behind visible discoloration. They were unable to remove the epoxy and flake from my walls without further damaging the drywall. Ultimately, the crew left without fixing anything other than a small improvement to the apron, which remained unsatisfactory, leaving more damage than the first visit. I was left with another giant mess to cleanup, including unhappy neighbors questioning why the installers were using leaf blowers to blow flake and debris into their yards and the street.I was told by Zack they did all they could do, and they demanded payment. After back and forth I was given a small discount, and pressured into paying immediately. Wanting the ordeal to be over I foolishly paid. I should have first gotten estimates to fix my damaged driveway, stem walls, stairs, and to replace drywall first. I didnt want the install team to return, as they were in my opinion unqualified to install epoxy in the first place, let alone fix their mistakes.This isnt my first time having epoxy floors installed, but it was the first time for all of these issues. From my experience, it is not standard to expect damage of any kind during install. It is also not unreasonable to expect a clean, professional finish. If youre considering Hello Garage, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Hi Sarah, We're sorry to hear your Hello Garage experience did not meet your expectations. We work extremely hard to ensure all of our customers are taken care of, installs are completed professionally, and communications are handled effectively. In the instance of this particular project, we want to clearly state many of the claims made are simply untrue and false. During the installation process, our crew members walk customers through the project and point out any areas of concern. This garage space contained black painted walls therefore any dust, residue, or flake would be clearly visible which was communicated. Any instances of subpar performance and service were addressed and handled by ownership resulting in the termination of a crew member because we pride ourselves on top tier service. After the installation was completed, the owner personally visited the job site to address the outstanding issues regarding the floors, driveway, and walls. Please understand, our owners never have and never will set an expectation of causing damage to property as we work meticulously to ensure we leave the property better than we found it. Our team coordinated multiple revisits to the job site which were all communicated. If our crew is unable to make the scheduled date and time, we call, text, and email to ensure customers are aware and work to identify our next opening. While the flooring repairs took longer to complete due to an unexpected loss of an employees family member, communications were maintained and additional discounts were provided. Upon our final (third) revisit for repairs, our crew communicated what was possible to complete without causing new damage to the space and did just that. We are not going to move forward with repairs or projects if it will cause future damage to a customer's property. This is one of our company's policies across the board. Concerning payment, our team never demanded or pressured anyone into making a payment. When services are completed, we expect customers to pay their balance in a fair and reasonable time. Payment for this project was withheld for multiple weeks after services were completed therefore invoices were sent with firm deadlines. At Hello Garage we want all of our customers to have a fantastic experience from start to finish. If that doesn't happen, we do all we can to solve any problems that occurred and make it right. We provided a 50% discount for this project to prove just that. While we embrace and understand every installation is different, we have successfully served hundreds of happy customers and look forward to continuing to do so.
