The team from Hello Garage did an absolutely amazing job. From the gentleman who came by to give us the bid, the communication between the bid and the scheduled appointment, and the guys on site for two days completing the work, everything was top notch. Our garage floor is older and was in pretty rough shape and it looks fantastic now. Would 100% recommend this team if you're looking to add value to your home.

We are extremely happy with our new garage floor and wish we had it done years ago. We chose a new color called blue taupe And it blends perfectly with our asphalt and concrete and brick. The guys did a great job on the prep and repaired some major cracks we had in our Floor. Would definitely recommend this company. The Two photos attached show one in daylight and the other at night under artificial light.

We had them complete our entire garage floor and were astounded by the looks and excellent work completed as promised. We had our front porch done at the same time with the same material. A few weeks later we agreed to have our back walkout slab also done with the same material and finish. What can we say, it was expensive but well worth the overall time and cost. We strongly suggest that you consider their application and price offer.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the space (square footage) and the current condition of the concrete (cracking, spalling, etc). With our storage and organization the prices are fixed but discounts included the more you purchase.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to first provide a free consultation and estimate to talk with you about your concrete flooring and/or storage and organization project. Once we have your goals we will provide you with a quote and answer any additional questions you may have. From there we get your scheduled for the install with regular communications leading up to the day of install.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our management team and install crews have been and continue to be trained on the best products and processes so we can give you the concrete coating solution you are looking for.
