Chris was very thorough in checking out the house and offering suggestions and options that I hadn't thought about or considered. I felt confident in selecting him for the job, and was not disappointed in the results. Jared and his crew did the repair work and painting, and worked very hard getting it done. They were professional, friendly, and anytime I had a question about a certain area, they immediately fixed it. I've worked with contractors that got angry and upset, and even a little combative when I pointed out an issue that needed more work. Jared and his crew did not do that. They did the job, and did it well, and I am so very happy and excited with the outcome. I thank them all, and recommend them highly.

There are so many contractors out there these days who completely lack communication skills and timeliness, but OnDemand excels in those areas. The owner. Chris responded via phone from my inquiry within an hour. He came out the next day to get a better understanding of the job including pictures. I received a quote that evening and was told there was a potential opening 2 days later. The next night the opening for my job was confirmed. Jared was the the assigned painter. He called the night before to let me know the approximate time his crew would show up. He contacted the day of to say he was on the way. Two bedrooms, one of which is the master and the hallway/foyer were all completed in 5 hours. Looks great!!!
