What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The leasing fee is the first month's rent, which we collect directly from the tenant. The management fee is between 5 and 10 percent of the monthly rent, depending on the property and landlord needs. We are not the cheapest but we are the best! Beware of the cheapest guys in town.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically first meet at your property to determine a rental price. This gives us a good chance to meet and to discuss more details about our services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Missouri, and I've lease hundreds of houses, condos and apartments.
