- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote jobs by the job, not by the hour. This applies to one-time services, commercial spaces, vacant properties, and routine residential visits. This pricing structure allows us to pay our team on commission and support their efficiency, while simultaneously allowing our customers to predict a consistent and predetermined set rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers can begin the process by contacting us directly or by requesting service via Thumbtack's platform. Once contacted with a service request, we will review your initial details and contact you promptly to gather any additional information required to provide pricing. We may request photos, videos, or a brief video call to assess the condition of the space. Having photos or videos of your space ahead of time will speed up this process. Once pricing is established with finality, scheduling options will open to you based on your preferences and our availability.
