- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most projects will be bid with an overall cost. But the hourly rate is $55 when that method of pricing is appropriate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our collective experience was gained through 30+ years of working in the construction and building maintenance industries and various certificates have been attained in those fields.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The chance to learn new trades has presented itself many times in my working career and I've always jumped at the chances. All of that experience has led me to a point that allowed the freedom to work for myself and do what i enjoy.
