- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge around $30/hour or create a value based on the project. I will work with you based on your needs. Some projects, such as logos and websites, are worth more than social media graphics or flyers. I'm always open to negotiation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we decide on the overall goal of the project, I will ask for specifications, such as dimensions, fonts, colors and any other elements that need to be involved. I like to communicate often with clients, ensuring their needs are being met and no time is being wasted. I am very flexible and am fully open for revisions and ideas. I am ready to start on projects ASAP.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications – Art Direction from the University of Missouri. I also have a minor in Fine Arts. This has allowed me to be a well-rounded designer who understands marketing principles and strategies. I have held four graphic design jobs in my career and have developed a wide array of skills, including digital and print graphics, as well as motion graphics and some coding. I also have certifications for Google Analytics, HubSpot Content Marketing, Twitter Flight School and AdWords Fundamentals and Mobile.
