- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial quote that you receive is just an estimate! Once we do your walkthrough and make your personalized profile, you will then get you final quote! Before leaving, an invoice will be sent and is due at the start of the scheduled cleaning!!!! This is firm and non-negotiable we DO NOT accept payment after services are rendered.!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have thorough trainings regularly. I offer 2 free cleanings per month. In these cleanings we are training and creating content for our company. You have to be ok with that and we have a full disclosure for you to sign. It’s a win win for the both of us. Ask us how this works!!! I’m a self taught pro! I also have hotel housekeeping experience.
