- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $20 an hour,and I can also give an estimated amount for a one time deep clean as well. Windows....$5- $10 a window,depending on the window,and if you would like them cleaned inside and out. But it can also be included in the estimate. Refrigerator and stove/oven clean out is $10 per hr. Any thing else extra we can discuss when we meet for the quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what specific needs that the customer has,and I work with their schedule or what is convenient for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a cleaning company ,For 2 years. The owner had taught me how to be the best that I can be,and how to pay special attention to detail,and to clean homes and businesses they way I would want my place cleaned if I was paying someone to clean for me.
