They came out promptly. Staff is courteous and professional. He was able to open the bathroom sink quickly, in about 30 minutes. The $69 service charge was deceiving, though. The bill was over $360 dollars, for 30 minutes to snake one bathroom sink. I thought it was extremely high. Still do not have a receipt. It's been a week and I emailed them requesting one, but have not heard anything back. So, no problem with the drain clearing service. We just feel the pricing is very, very high. Wouldn't use again for that reason only.

We provide free estimates and don't perform any work without your authorization. We quote our flat rate prices from our menu pricebook, offering ease and peace of mind for our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll send a fully-equipped service truck truck out at no cost. Our technician will diagnose the problem, let you know everything that's involved and offer services to fix the issue. If you approve the work, he'll stay and do the job right then and there!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are all certified drain cleaners on electromechanical cable machines, high pressure hydro-jetters and more! They bring years of experience servicing and cleaning drainage systems and are prepared to handle the most challenging of drain and sewer problems.
