Service representative showed up on time and proceeded with evaluation of our problem, after giving us a price quote , he promptly began to address our problem. He kept us informed during the process and explained he could only give us a temporary fix, additional plumbing work was needed to resolve issue going forward. We were satisfied with that and the job he did to open the drain for now. Would recommend Zoom Drain and will use again in the future if we require drain services.

Working with Zoom Drain was awesome. Super responsive and c came out same day to snake my kitchen sink. The guy took GREAT care of my house while he was here - wore shoe covers, used mats and cleaned up when done.

We had a wonderful experience with Zoom drain. When water suddenly was pouring out of basement cabinets and out the back of our house we knew we were in a real pickle. Adam, the owner, was quick to schedule a free diagnostic of our issue. He got us the quote that same day and within 48hours they had people at our home fixing the problem. They were professional, prompt, and polite. Would definitely recommend them if you are in need of a knowledgeable and reliable plumber.

We provide free estimates and don't perform any work without your authorization. We quote our flat rate prices from our menu pricebook, offering ease and peace of mind for our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll send a fully-equipped service truck truck out at no cost. Our technician will diagnose the problem, let you know everything that's involved and offer services to fix the issue. If you approve the work, he'll stay and do the job right then and there!

Our technicians are all certified drain cleaners on electromechanical cable machines, high pressure hydro-jetters and more! They bring years of experience servicing and cleaning drainage systems and are prepared to handle the most challenging of drain and sewer problems.
