Heather was very responsive and nice to communicate with. However, the quality of her team’s work was less than expected. We were on vacation during the time our home was cleaned. Our home was in great need of a deep cleaning, which is what I indicated in Thumbtack. When we got home, four days after the cleaning, we came home to: - Strong smell of vinegar. - Baseboards and surfaces wiped down, floors cleaned, but door frames, fan globes, and some surfaces not cleaned. - Every light in the house was left on. This includes lamps, ceiling lights, even bathroom lights. - Refrigerator was not cleaned. We only left a bottle of soda, 2 cartons of eggs, a package of deli meat, slices of cheese, a bottle of OJ, half gallon of milk, butter, gallon of water, and condiments in the fridge. It was 90% empty. But we were told the fridge wasn’t cleaned because it had to be 100% empty in order to be cleaned. - Microwave not cleaned. - Oven not cleaned. - Door frames and under beds not cleaned. - Bathroom trash can not emptied. Our home is small and we made the beds, washed the dishes, and cleared under beds to make it even easier on the crew. I also asked that they only clean the main level, not the basement nor attic, nor closets.I contacted Heather about the overlooked areas and she blamed the microwave on her assistant. She also said lights were on because it was dark and I had requested windows not be opened. (But that didn’t mean they should leave all lights on after they left.) She did not offer to send someone back to clean the overlooked areas. I will not be using this company again. Heather seems nice, though.
