Not responsible for details left out/undisclosed ahead of time/up front, that may/will effect Job Estimate and/or Completion. Client will still be charged accordingly for time spent to complete the job and/or resolve/remedy the Situation.
- There is a 25% fee for all 911 Emergency and Rush jobs.
ANY Jobs (Situations) that are considered to be Abnormal/Hazardous to Myself, be it Health, Cleanliness, etc or Anything that I believe would be classified as such, Will result in additional charges to be paid upon job completion or job cancelation.
NO Roaches, Rodents, Black Mold, etc, Period. Customer will be made aware ASAP.
** Appointments **
I will contact customer by means of a telephone Call and/or Text, Using The Contact Number Given Me. I will contact customer to confirm appointment 1 Day prior and no less than 1 hour prior to appointment time. If NO Contact is made with Customer, Appointment Will Be Cancelled due to No Response.
No Rescheduling Is Allowed.
