Not responsible for details left out/undisclosed ahead of time/up front, that may/will effect Job Estimate and/or Completion. IF I chose to repair the issue\situation that has come up, Client will be charged accordingly for materials and time spent to complete the job and/or resolve/remedy the situation.
- There's an additional fee for all 'after my work hrs', 911 Emergency, Rush and bad weather/road condition jobs.
*Abnormal/Hazardous Conditions
ANY Jobs (Situations) that are considered to be Abnormal/Hazardous to Myself, be it Health, Cleanliness or Anything that I believe would be classified as such, Will result in additional charges to be paid upon job completion or job cancellation.
NO Roaches, Rodents, Black Mold, Brown Recluse, etc, Period. Customer will be made aware ASAP.
** Appointments **
I will contact customer to confirm appointment 1 Day prior and no less than 1 hour prior to appointment time. If NO Contact is made with Customer, Appointment Will Be Cancelled due to No Response.
** I reserve the right to end customer working relationships whenever needed.
*** PLEASE BE ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE THAT YOUR WORK\TASK DOES NOT REQUIRE A LISC. CONTRACTOR, CARPENTER, PLUMBER, ELECTRICIAN, ETC. IF YOU "DIRECT REQUEST" ME FOR 'HANDYMAN' WORK AND YOUR WORK REQUIRES A LISC. TRADESMAN, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $150 FOR THE HOUSECALL. SO, PLEASE(x3) BE SURE AHEAD OF TIME. THANKS! 👍🏾

Please be sure to allow At Least a 30 minute window for unforeseen occurrences and traffic between appointments. $25 Travel fee is added if over 25 miles away from Office.
