Alexis showed up on time and was ready to make my place look nice and new. She was thorough with her cleaning and was really nice and professional throughout her time servicing my apartment. If you need someone to do a great job, then surely use Alexi’s service. Really pleased with what she did and will definitely be using her service again in the near future.

I want to share that a gal from Fresh and Flawless Cleaning cleaned for me yesterday. To keep the description sweet ... it was extremely disappointing. After the walk through on Friday, I was quoted $150 and during the cleaning, she showed that there was dog hair that was undetected by her and me during the walk through, and that was fine. I was happy to pay $200. Unfortunately, the things she agreed to do 'within the $150 fee' she changed her mind that it was considered deep cleaning.
Honestly, I am so happy to work with folks; however, what I asked 'and she agreed to do' took her 5 to 10 minutes maximum.' Although in her mind it was reason to 'up' the fee $35. Although I am happy to pay for folks' services, she was simply looking for something to complain about and simply cut corners, and mostly not do any more than necessary ... although I was totally upfront during the walk through and she agreed to my stated needs. Therefore, I see her as a con and someone wanting something for nothing.
As a 67-year-young very busy professional individual, yesterday was an extremely busy day, and I was exhausted, and she knew this. Therefore, when she left she stated to review the cleaning let her know of anything that was undone or unsatisfactory. This morning, I did a walk through and found many, many things that were basic 'dusting' that were simply missed and / or poorly completed. This person's work was sooo disappointing.

I’m sorry for your experience. However, Fresh and Flawless didn’t service your home. When asked for carpet cleaning, I simply stated, I don’t have the equipment for services and your reply was that you’d find another pro. Somehow you may have mistaken us for another pro.
