Tyrone and Chris kept me informed, from when they would be here to what was involved in the job. They removed my carpet, pad, tack strips, staples, and cleaned up after the job. They arrived promptly, went to work as soon as they got here, and worked straight though until the job was done. I could not have happier.

Tyrone and his team at Kounty Cleaning did a wonderful job pulling up and hauling away 2 rooms of carpet. They communicated throughout the scheduling process, are reasonably priced, and were clear about what they would do, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. Their clean-up was also outstanding to the point of them vacuuming the elevators to remove carpet fibers. I can't say enough positives about Kounty Cleaners.
