God's Gift Plumbing is a life saver. I am a the owner of a license daycare facility that needed some plumbing work done to pass inspection. For example, putting in a sprinkler system in the utility closet, new sinks, toilets and adding a bathroom in the lower level of my facility. When the inspectors came out to inspect the work, they were very impressed and asked if they could refer the plumbing company to other daycare facilities. I am so happy to have God's Gift Plumbing to call on whenever I need help whether commercially or for my home.

It is with pleasure that I write this recommendation for Shannon. Shortly after moving into our new home, we learned we had to replace all of the drain pipes and stack in the house. Shannon was quick to respond to our request for quotes and gave us a great price. He was always flexible, timely and very helpful through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable about the work. As we all learned as the work progressed, our plumbing had been set up incorrectly when the house was built, but he addressed all the challenges that the house presented with a great attitude and kept us informed at all time. We would recommend him to our friends and family, and if we ever need work done in the future, he will be the first person we call!

This was a waste of time. The pump in my washing machine isn't working (I think that it just isn't getting power). I hired this contractor to come take a look at it. As soon as he showed up, he explained that he wasn't a handyman, he was a plumber (despite being listed as a handyman in Thumbtack). I described the issue with the washer. He asked how old it is, and then told me that I just need to get a new one. He was insistent that there was no point messing with it. He didn't look at the washer at all, and was at my house for less than 5 minutes. I booked this contractor over two weeks ago. If this wasn't the kind of work he did, or if he just didn't want the work, he had ample opportunity to tell me so. Instead, I wasted time that I could have used to work with someone else.

I denied your initial request for service because after reading the request, I wasn’t for sure if your washing machine drainage issue was due to an issue with the unit or a drainage issue with the plumbing. Timing and scheduling was never a problem, I arrived 10 minutes early. I value all of my customers time, as well as my own. And I don’t believe in wasting it. I was honest about being a plumber and not a handyman. I even went back and removed handyman from my profile. I do provide many services and it’s unfortunate that I was unable to provide you with the service that you needed. This experience has been a learning opportunity that I won’t forget. I have 25+ years of experience in plumbing. I have worked for some of the largest companies in my field in Illinois, Missouri and Arizona. Im a graduate of the Vatterott Institute. I graduated at the top of my class and received the highest honor in the trade.
