I previously left a review based on communication and since then was able to speak with the pro and was offered service free of charge. He was prompt and waited to provide service as I overslept during our appt and made sure he treated the requested areas. He provided me insight on what service and steps are needed to treat the type of windows on my home and was very apologetic.

The DoWest team did a wonderful job cleaning our house. I don't think anyone has ever been so thorough cleaning our house and they left the house sparkling clean! They are also very friendly and provided excellent customer service. We will be hiring them again and happy to refer to them to anyone.
