Gerbert installed 2,500 SF of laminate flooring in our remodel project in Rogers AR. He gave a great price that was almost half the cost of the nearest bid. He showed up when he said he would and worked hard. We were out of town during the week and he even sent us progress pictures each day so we knew what was being done. Very respectful and total professional and his skill at cutting laminate for tight fitting edge pieces is amazing. I’ve laid a lot of laminate and it’s hard to get edges as tight as he can to kitchen islands, fireplaces etc(places where you can’t use baseboards to hide it). I will be calling him again on our next project for sure.

Gerbert and his team were very fair in their pricing and ethical. Even with unexpected problems with scheduling and some barriers to flooring installation in the bathroom, I felt that Gerbert was really communicative and looking out for us. He is very eager to help, and even did extra things for no charge! After discovering that the square footage in my house was less than we thought, they actually adjusted the price and it was less! A nice surprise!

Excellent work ethic, communication, responsiveness, and above all, quality of work! I couldn't be happier with the work Pro Design and Remodel did for us! We have 500 SF of new beautiful engineered hardwood floor they installed with underlayment, subfloor, and trim as well. My photography doesn't do it justice. Gerbert and Ian are professionals and I look forward to hiring them again for further projects in my home and business!

Gerbert was fantastic to work with. He communicated every day regarding his ETA. He worked extremely fast and did a fantastic job on our flooring. He ripped up carpet from 3 bedrooms, existing LVP, and tile from the fireplace. We went from cherry brown to light oak throughout the entire house.
