- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to ask basic questions to know what we’ll be cleaning but also ask things to understand what exactly the client is expecting out of us. For example we’ll ask; how many rooms? Are we cleaning all of them? Are you looking for a standard or deep cleaning? Do you need this Cleaning frequent? Among a few other questions we ask
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started the company for my mom, I saw her aging and growing tired and didn’t want her to work all her life. And I knew that in order to give her financial freedom it was up to me to work hard and grow this company as big as I can.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Our most recent large project was a commercial cleaning. We started midday and finished around 8/9PM just to be able to finish it.
