- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We bill at $120 per hour and $100 per hour for non profits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We have an initial meeting to see if we are a good fit. If we are, then we talk about the project and look at options. We decide on a path forward and then provide creative to best suit your needs. Upon approval, we place the creative and track results. We consult with you about results and offer guidance on next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Most every person at Poole Communications has an advanced degree in Marketing, Public Relations, International Business, Management, Accounting and Graphic Design. We also have over 30 years of experience - a great combination to get your work done quickly and accurately.
