We bill at $120 per hour and $100 per hour for non profits.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial meeting to see if we are a good fit. If we are, then we talk about the project and look at options. We decide on a path forward and then provide creative to best suit your needs. Upon approval, we place the creative and track results. We consult with you about results and offer guidance on next steps.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most every person at Poole Communications has an advanced degree in Marketing, Public Relations, International Business, Management, Accounting and Graphic Design. We also have over 30 years of experience - a great combination to get your work done quickly and accurately.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Sally got her start working for advertising agencies on the East Coast and brought that experience to the Midwest.
What types of customers have you worked with?
A large variety. We are especially experienced with: wineries, extended living facilities, agriculture, industry and finance.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently helped the City of Warrenton Missouri pass two half cent sales taxes. The city had not raised taxes in over 28 years. It was a hard fought campaign and we ended up being successful by using traditional and social media successfully.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Work with people that are doing the work - not salespeople. Check to make sure they have been properly trained, because anyone can open up an advertising agency. Make sure they understand ALL media - not just one or two. Make sure they understand and are successful at business because they'll be advising you on yours.
