One of my biggest frustrations is when an appointment time is set and the person responsible for it arrives late or doesn’t arrive at all. I was looking forward to having my front porch furniture assembled as promised, but I’m disappointed that the chairs are still in pieces in my living room. I refuse to do business with unprofessional people.
