I am not happy with the service I received from Liberty Tax. Bruce did not help me in any way. I have filed complaints with Liberty Tax. Bruce will not respond to them. I will not have Liberty Tax do my tax return again.May 20, 2015Bruce S.'s reply
I am not sure what these services were or what the problem was. This person did not hire me through Thumbtack and I believe he might have gone to a Liberty Tax location that I do not own.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is determined based on the services required by the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will meet with a prospective customer at no charge to determine if I am able to meet their needs for professional service. If I don't believe that I can adequately help them I will tell them so and refer them to another provider if I know of someone who might be able to help them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a bachelor's degree in accounting from Missouri State University and am a CPA licensed in Missouri. I complete at least 40 hours per year of continuing professional education. i am a Quicbooks Proadvisor, certified in both the online and desktop versions.
