I’ve had mama Dessie’s on multiple occasions whether that was Chef JaNay as my personal chef or catered events. The food is top notch. EVERYTHING is made from scratch no matter how big or small the event is. I especially appreciate Chef JaNay’s knowledge on food history. Her knowledge & training manifests in the way that she perfectly combines flavors for each dish.
