- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer one of the most reasonable Service Call fees at $49. If we cannot solve the problem, we do not charge. We work only in Missouri.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer contacts us, we set up an appointment with a 2 hour window that works for the customer and us. We call the customer 1/2 hour before going out to the service call or bid. If it is a service call, we find out the problem and then quote a repair price before doing the work. If it is a bid, we leave a copy with the customer or schedule if that is the customer's wishes- NEVER IS ANY HIGH PRESSURE USED.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had courses in duct design, house infiltration, troubleshooting, etc. I have won awards from York in the 1990' for League of Superior Achievers. I sold the company of Allen Heating and Cooling in 1998 simply to avoid employees after 20 years. We are rated as an A+ Amana Dealer. This company founded in 2004 is just my son, Justin, and myself..... It is my aim to keep it that way.
