Here at BoldHaven, we have competitive and clear pricing! The quote that we give you will be the same quote if you had gone onto our website and plugged your info into our quoting tool. We are priced based on the quality of service we provide. Potential fees are clearly communicated and are easily avoidable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
BoldHavens typical process for working with a NEW customer is very personal. We like to understand the situation fully and provide a solution to what they are looking for. We ask questions about what they are looking for, and we give a quote right then. We explain thoroughly what the process looks like, so there are no questions of doubt for the new customer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a family friend I worked for and he owned a cleaning company. I quickly worked my way up in the company and worked first hand with management. I fell in love with managing people and also providing great customer service. I figured I might as well start my own business so I can personally serve the KC Metro Area.
