I scheduled Klubek Relocation about 3 weeks in advance of my move; Charles was very friendly and quick to communicate at that time. When moving day arrived, I called a few minutes before our 9am agreed upon start time to see how close they were to arriving and he responded "oh, i thought it was 10". I was disappointed but willing to live with the 1 hour delay. I also offered ot resend the email stating the 9am start time. He also said he had lost his phone, so no way to contact him. He got a phone from his "Ex" and called around 10:30 saying he had truck problems and wasn't sure when he & the helper could show up. Next, his Ex called back and said they could be there by 5pm. Not too helpful when I scheduled a move for 9am. Never once did he apologize for completely bailing. Apparently the Ex isn't part of the business but she offered a $50 remediation for the failed move but that didn't happen as Charles told me she can do whatever she wants but has nothing to do with his business. After multiple shouting matches with these clowns, I just dropped any hopes of resolution. Got some friends to help out on move day as a last ditch resort. These guys use every excuse in the world to shirk their duties.

This is my 3rd time using a moving company and this has been the best by far. They were very professional and punctual. They went above and beyond to help me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
