- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different. Initial meeting with client is at no cost. Upon understanding what the customer is looking for, an estimated cost will be provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customer to understand what they are looking for, then proceed to do a few sketches for their review. Once a sketch has been approved, the final drawings will be put together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 yrs experience in architectural design and I am the 4th generation in this industry.
