- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only charge for conditioned space so no garages, porches, and patios. Those are essentially designed at no cost. There is no cost for any meetings, site visits, phone calls, and consultations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a preliminary meeting where we talk about where they want to build (if they're there yet), size of home, how many bedrooms/ bathrooms, and things they are interested in. If it's a renovation we talk about use and what their vision is (if they have one). After that I go and make up a few options the client decides from, we then make some adjustments to one they like if they wish. After that we go into CD's and make their dream buildable.

I have worked with customers that come with exactly what they want with pictures and sketches and customers that have no idea where to start and we work through it together
