FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On the majority of my cases, I represent the client on a contingency fee basis meaning that the client only pays me if I obtain a settlement or recovery on behalf of the client. My firm fronts all out of pocket expenses, and the client does not pay any hourly fees or other fees upfront. I also offer free initial consultations for each potential client that contacts our office.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually speak with the client on the phone, and go through what their problem or issue is, and then determine if it is something I could help them with. Then I set up a meeting at my office with the new client to provide additional information about my firm, and also find out more information about the new client, and walk them through the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a bachelor's of science in Finance from Rockhurst University, and then went onto graduate from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Law. After graduating from law school, I was hired to serve as the judicial law clerk by the Honorable C. William Kramer, a Circuit Court Judge in Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri. I have also received additional training at the famous Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, where I spent 3 weeks learning from some of the best trial lawyers in the United States.
