Fountain City Pest Management went above and beyond taking care of our needs. They were very much lower in price that the National Brand that we had been using, and even when we cancelled with the National Brand, their price wasn't as low as Fountain City's! They explained everything they did and were very thorough. We are impressed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A lot of bigger companies see bed bug jobs and big money... and unfortunately a lot of them have techs that don't know how to treat for them properly.
I will work with you and your budget to get to a resolution that works for both of us... and eliminates those nasty bugs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial phone call or email I would like to come and do a quick inspection. Need to verify and see everything up front, plus I'd want for you to meet me. Then we can go over some prep work you'd need to do and get you on the books!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 7 years in the industry... when I started I was with one of the biggest national companies. I was thrown out into some very crazy and highly infested bed bug houses. The sales people said "your tech will be here once a week until it's all cleared up". After meeting people I asked them very simply, "do you want me to be here every week or do you want me to kill them all today and have this done quickly?"
Of course they went with quick and I delivered.
