Mark and I forget the other ones name were both super helpful. They helped me get my apartment back. They did treatment Friday I was able to sleep at home Sunday no bites no bugs I haven’t even seen any since. I can now sleep in peace. They were very knowledgeable like they had a degree in bed bug elimination. Very responsive answered all my questions even the dumb ones. Very helpful and experienced. WAy better than other companies and most affordable compared to others. Bed bugs can really complicate your life but I’m glad to say life is normal again !! I’m so happy bc like I had another company and they were not good as Rock pest not even close
