Beachbody Independent Coach

Introduction: A coach right now for me means that I am committed and promise to hold myself accountable, as well as any friend/family/person who signs up with me to change our life together. I live an active lifestyle (gym goer, dog walker, and outdoor lover) and have learned how to be consistent with my diet and progress of my physical health. A gym is not required to work with me -- just a DVD player/TV or computer will work! I will help you set daily goals, track your progress with you, and meet face-to-face for additional workouts that you can do anywhere! If you are interested in learning more information on how to eat clean and nourish your body the right way, ways to be active (both in and outside of the gym), becoming part of a private challenge group to hold each other accountable or keep motivated and encouraged, I am your gal!
