- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cleaning team at Dirt Un-COVID firmly believes that the cost of our services should be in the control of the customer. We offer several discounts (new mommy, first-home, re-occurring services, etc.) to optimize savings for our customers. Our company also includes the cost of equipment and cleaning supplies in our price to help our clients save even more! This company guarantees that our service will far outweigh our cost, and that nobody can clean as well as we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hiring us is as simple as: 1. Providing us with as much information about your project (residential or commercial) as possible. 2. Send us your address and phone contact info along with 3 dates and times you would like services to start via e-mail. 3. Our team will respond back within 2 hours with a service proposal for you to review, sign, and return anytime Mon-Fri from 8:00am-5:00pm.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Owner, Leisa Smith and the Director of Residential & Commercial Properties, Billie Jackson are cleaning professionals with 10+ years of combined commercial cleaning experience with multiple school districts. All members of our cleaning team undergo a series of trainings and competency checks to ensure we are both progressive and highly competitive in our profession.
