FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Usually for working DJ's the most frequent gigs are going to be at bars or clubs. They give you a symblance of regularity and normality, despite the late work schedule, giving you a steady 4 or 5 days a week. Currently I have shows at Applebees, Patty 0' Quigley's, and Bar 12 on the weekends. Staying diversified in your places of work also tend to keep they job fresh, so you never really get tired of any one place. The second most common would definately be weddings. Now weddings I love. I always have so much fun and the people are usually so inviting you really don't want to leave. It seems to be a lot more relaxed too, especially after the ceremony and people just want to eat and dance!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Take your time, ask a lot of questions, ask for references or testimonials, and trust your instincts. If your planning an event or wedding, it's probably pretty important to you, so why settle for less that perfect? After all, the entertainment can make or break your event, and sometimes you get what you pay for. You have to find the medium between price and quality.
