- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to gather as much information as possible before settling on a bid. Typically, meeting with customers is the best way to get a firm sense of the job and how they would like to see it accomplished. In addition, we can help you think about aspects of the project you might not have thought of. These are useful conversations for both parties!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always check references, photos before and after. Important please do not always take the lowest bid. We hear so many stories from customers who hired the cheapest contractor and ended it bad. Is your home, where you live and sleep. Make sure its done correctly, safe and to code even if you have to spend a little more now, it will be worth it at the end.
