They explained the issue, our options and didn’t push any upsells. They suggested replacing the flex tubing with a hard, more permanent tube in the future, and repaired and cleaned out what we had to get us up and running. Everything is good to go now!

They did a great job cleaning ducts post construction. They also offered to clean the dryer duct which ended up being needing it desperately! The workers were polite, efficient and thorough.
