Derrick and his family were outstanding. We hired Derrick on the first visit because we liked him for one and the quote he gave us we felt was very fair. We didn’t need to get a second quote. Requested to verify my electrical service to a cooktop was not faulty. He verified that everything was ok and I only had to pay for service call. It was my interaction and the way he went about conducting his business that impressed me. He was very professional and personable. After verifying there was no problem, to took the extra step of inspecting the cooktop. He reviewed the instruction manual and inspected the power supply of the unit. After doing so he cleaned and straightened the work space better than it was when he started. I will use this company for any electrical needs in the future!
