- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My packages are designed for clients who are looking for affordable, yet professional photography! I do frequently offer discounts and specials, so definitely check out my website, or social media pages, to stay up to date on that!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I absolutely LOVE working with new clients! It all starts with a message! Make sure you're as detailed as you can be with what your goals are and what you're thinking for your budget. I offer payment plans and pride myself on being flexible with clients. I think capturing memories is incredibly important and I want to be able to do that for YOU! Once I hear from you, we'll chat about your session, settle on a location and date, and I'll email an agreement your way. Once the retainer is paid, you'll be inked on the calendar and we'll probably chat once or twice between that convo and our session. I also have an open door policy, meaning if you have ANY questions at all, please don't hesitate to ask! I want this process to be as smooth and painless as possible - maybe even a little fun!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides being fond of photography most of my life, I attended University of Central Missouri from 2012 to 2016, and earned my bachelors in Professional Photography (with a minor in graphic design). I am incredibly passionate about portraiture, and have been doing my own side gig since 2013, and have also worked under other photographers and companies since 2016. I registered my LLC in March of 2020, and it's been a wild ride since (as you can imagine)!
