- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No fees. I price for the job (everything is negotiable). A lot of photographers can sneak in something at the last minute. I won’t waste your time with any of that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If we have time, I recommend a meeting before the shoot. I like Starbucks or any place that serves coffee. Having a pre-shoot meeting allows for my clients and myself to build a relationship of trust and honesty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To be honest, self study and training. I have many photographer friends that have so graciously taken me under their wings. I will never forget that.
