They provide quarterly bug maintenance for my home and do a great job. Have a number of dead bugs around the perimeter of my home, making it obvious that their spray is definitely working and keeping the bugs from entering my home!

Great customer service, arrives on time, gets the job done thoroughly, wonderful service over all. I had a bad brown recluse infestation for years and no other company was able to get it under control while Aimvo was able to eradicate them within a couple months and I have not seen any spiders or any other bugs since switching over to them. I recommend them to anyone I know having pest issues.

I have had concerns with how irritating scheduling is, and considered switching services after my year contract was up well, I found that no one charges more affordably for monthly services. Orkin only does every other month and charges twice as much and today Novix came to knock on my door and offer their services for same price every other month. I love my techs and my only gripe is how I have to call each time to schedule, and if you try to call to schedule more than 2 weeks out they say you cant. It would be nice to have an online scheduler, but for what Aimvo is I truly am happy I dont think anywhere else does it better!I live in a trailer park and neighbors have roaches, but not me! I have peace of mind knowing they do a great job inside and out and will always come monthly to make sure that I never get them. I used to get ants in the summertime, but I havent seen a SINGLE ant in the kitchen by the window or by the front door like I used to.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a number of discounts available depending on which service you are interested in. However, you can get started for $50 when you sign up today!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer different services that require different processes. For our most common service, the technician will do an inspection on your home to locate pest activity, entry points, and nesting areas. We will create a treatment plan tailored to your property, and keep records of treatments performed. Our licensed techs will apply safe, effective methods. We monitor results and help keep pests from returning. In the case the problem persists, we offer free re-treatments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are licensed through the state of Kansas and Missouri, and they also receive monthly training.
